WHAT IS actorcraft p2s?
Actorcraft PAGE, STAGE and SCREEN (p2s) is a brave space in which to identify, explore, experiment with, and apply the skills necessary for delivering compelling performances onstage and screen. It is a toolkit comprised of the mind, body, and spirit that empowers the artist to analyze, invent, express, and refine. It is a journey fueled by curiosity, ignited by inspiration, and driven by joy through which artists, no matter their age or experience, build greater awareness of self, those around them, and the world in which they live.

IN PRODUCTION.
DECEPTION PASS & A BRAVE BEGINNING
A Staged Reading and Launch Party Event
In the mist-drenched forests of the Pacific Northwest, a reclusive old man and an ambitious journalist unravel the truth behind a decades-old murder in Deception Pass, an original screenplay by Javier Reyna, winner of Washington Filmworks’ Small Budget Funding Initiative.
Experience this haunting story through a live staged reading—complete with food, drink, and conversation—at Deception Pass: A Brave Beginning, celebrating the launch of Brave Stage Gig Harbor, a new non-profit theatre and film company emerging from the creative foundation of Actorcraft.
Proceeds support Brave Stage’s inaugural season, featuring The Clean House by Sarah Ruhl and Detroit by Lisa D’Amour, both presented live on stage in Gig Harbor!
Reading runs approx. 120 minutes with a 15-minute intermission. Contains some strong language. Recommended for ages 15+. Doors Open at 7pm. Show starts at 7:30pm.
DIRECTED BY Jeremy Kent Jackson & Adrianne Alvarez-Jackson
STARRING Seattle Area Professionals, R. Hamilton Wright, Corryn Gutierrez, Darryl Lemon, and Quinlan Corbett; Actorcraft Adult Students; and founders, Jeremy Kent Jackson & Adrianne Alvarez-Jackson
NOVEMBER 14 & 15, 2025 | THE KINDSHIP STUDIO, GIG HARBOR
THE CLEAN HOUSE
A play by Sarah Ruhl
Sarah Ruhl’s The Clean House is a comical, tender dive into love, loss, and the beautiful mess of being human. When a brilliant Brazilian maid swaps cleaning for comedy, the line between order and chaos begins to blur.
This production launches Brave Stage Gig Harbor, a new non-profit theatre venture powered by Actorcraft p2s. It marks Brave Stage’s first fully produced show—and for several cast members, their first time ever stepping onto a stage.
Expect laughter, heart, and the imperfect beauty of beginnings. Approx. 110 minutes with a 15-minute intermission. Contains strong language. Recommended for ages 15+.
*Produced in special arrangement with Concord Theatricals.
DIRECTED BY Jeremy Kent Jackson
STARRING Aubrey Jean MacGregor, Andy Sharp, Tracey Pidge, Rebecca Stansbury, and Actorcraft p2s / Brave Stage Founder, Adrianne Alvarez-Jackson.
MARCH 12, 13, 14, 2026 | VENUE TBD, GIG HARBOR
DETROIT
A play by Lisa D’Amour
Lisa D’Amour’s Detroit is a darkly funny, sharply observed play about suburban longing, neighborly connection, and the thin line between stability and freefall. When two couples in a first-ring suburb strike up a backyard friendship over barbecues and borrowed folding chairs, what begins as polite small talk sparks into something far more combustible.
This production continues the launch of Brave Stage Gig Harbor, a new non-profit theatre venture powered by Actorcraft p2s, offering actors a next step beyond the classroom and a place to test their craft in front of a live audience.
Expect humor, tension, and a fierce unraveling of the American dream. Approx. 100 minutes with no intermission. Contains adult themes and strong language. Recommended for ages 16+.
Produced in special arrangement with Concord Theatricals.
DIRECTED BY Adrianne Alvarez-Jackson
STARRING Peter Hiebert, Heidi Michelle, Tim Sobie, Maile Olsen and Dante True

SOUTH SOUND MAGAZINE
Actorcraft is Cultivating Community – and Honing Acting Chops
by Blake Peterson
“One of the most striking pieces of feedback received since opening their new acting school in Gig Harbor is how valuable it’s become not just as an artistic resource, but also as a source of community.”
THE SOUND ON STAGE PRESENTS:
GET TO KNOW A THEATRE
Over on the Kitsap Peninsula, there is no shortage of community theatre, and extend that over the bridge to Tacoma and there is a lot to choose from, but there has always been a vacuum between the bridge and Bremerton, a gap that has been made more gaping over the past few years. There’s also been a lack of places for aspiring actors, or even those with experience, to go on the “other” side of the water from Seattle to hone their craft or to follow their curiosity, a place to learn about acting for both the stage and screen. That’s where Actorcraft P2S (Page, Stage, and Screen) comes in. Click to watch the full interview!
